Police have released composite sketches of a dead man whose identity has remained a mystery for almost 4 years. On June 1, 2017, police found a body on the bank of the North Saskatchewan River just south of Dawson Bridge. The man is described as being six-feet tall (although a newer report has him listed at 5’6) and possibly had dark brown or black hair. When discovered, he wore dark-coloured jeans with a brown belt, a black quarter-zip fleece sweater, a dark brown or black jacket and brown leather-strapped sandals with black soles. When located they weren’t sure of the mans race. Which doesn’t narrow it down too much as Edmonton is a very diverse city. I thought it would of been easier but I guess not, his body was that badly decomposed. So there are different types of sketches made.
He also was carrying a silver alarm clock. Police do not believe that there was foul play involved.
Someone must know who this is. Even his age is wide open. One report has him 18-70 years old?
Cochrane John Doewas a man whose partial remains were found on October 13th, 2012 by children playing near the vicinity of Highway 22 and Township Road 252 near Cochrane, Alberta, Canada. It was reported that the children had found only the skull, but it is unknown whether other bones were found later at the scene. It is believed that the remains had been decomposing there for less than a year before they were found. No clothing or jewelry was recovered. His skull showed signs of a previous broken nose that had healed, and medical examiners were able to get full dental records, DNA samples, as well as a 3-D representation of how John Doe would have likely appeared while alive.
The Calgary medical examiner has determined the remains belong to a white male between the ages of 20 and 60. Yet other reports claim he is between 18-30, which looks more accurate. He almost looks like he may of been a ginger. He once had a broken nose that had healed. RCMP say the remains had been decomposing for less than a year, before Oct. 13, 2012.
Children playing outside their home, just south of town, came across what locals describe as a human head around 10:50 a.m. MT.
